Required Job Description and Responsibilities

The Sales Data Analyst is a key role supporting the sales team. Leveraging your technical expertise, current and archived sales data you will produce insightful reports that will inform key decision makers within the organization. You will be relied on to identify and develop unique data collection prospects to show trends within the organization and industry.

• Create, maintain and modify reports to accelerate the processes of data analysis.
• Develop standards of operation for handling and archiving data.
• Evaluate the design, selection, and implementation of database changes by comparing them with sales requirements.
• Ensure data and information security by integrating and upholding digital security system permissions for the extranet, SharePoint, and other shared report repositories.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Business/Finance, Economics, or Math field, or equivalent education and training.
• 1-2 years of work experience in a data analyst role.
• Expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) required; experience and Microsoft D365 a plus.
• Experience compiling, analyzing, interpreting, and organizing large amounts of data for distribution and use by sales reps and product managers.
• Communication skills to translate complex problems using non-technical terms.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work towards meeting multiple deadlines simultaneously.
